washes(2010) by norbert shieh
Our congratulations to Journal of Short Film published artist, Norbert Shieh. Shieh, recently published on Volume 23, is a 2012 recipient for the Creative Capital film and video grant. During this year he will be working on a new film titled, “Preserves” a feature length experimental documentary/narrative following the manufacturing and distribution process of suen cai, a pickled mustard green that is a popular ingredient in Taiwanese cuisine.
